The organisation faced substantial manual workload across critical productionand repair processes. SAP transactions, report generation, PR requests, MOcreation, and email notifications required significant human effort, resulting inlong processing times and heightened risk of manual errors.
Teams lacked real-time visibility over KPI performance, automation coverage,and operational savings. The manufacturer needed a robust, scalable automation framework to streamline workflows, reduce error rates, increase transparency, and accelerate turnaround times — all without disrupting active production lines.

We+ Asia partnered closely with production, repair, and digital transformation teams across Singapore and Europe. Using Agile methodologies and RPA best practices, the team delivered a cross-functional automation program designed for scalability and resilience.
Modular UiPath workflows were developed and supported by Python scripts handling backend processing, SAP interactions, and data preparation. Automations were deployed in phased waves to minimise operational disruption.
Power BI dashboards were introduced to provide detailed visibility on monthly savings, automation coverage, and key performance indicators. Hands-on training and UAT sessions enabled process owners to adopt, manage, and monitor bots independently. A centralized Support & Maintenance function was established to oversee incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
