A custom client management system helps a financial institution streamline onboarding and reduce processing time across APAC.

In financial services, slow and fragmented onboarding processes increase operational cost, frustrate clients, and introduce compliance risk — especially when scaling across regions. Manual handoffs and inconsistent workflows make it difficult to deliver a reliable onboarding experience.

The organisation relied heavily on Excel‐based workflows for onboarding, recertification, and offboarding of corporate clients.

This created multiple pain points:

We+ Asia designed and developed a fully custom web application managing the complete client lifecycle from initial onboarding to periodicre certification and eventual offboarding.​

The platform includes a modern UI for browsing, updating, and validating client profiles. A bulk export module allows users to generate Excel files on demand, and workflow features coordinate approvals across departments.
Our team collaborated with business stakeholders to refine requirements, enhance the UX, and ensure that the system supported all operational variations across APAC markets.

We ensured full integration with the organisation’s internal processes, conducted UAT cycles, and rolled out the application with hypercare supportto ensure rapid adoption.
